I am a dynamic and eager-to-learn audit leader with over 13 years of experience in internal audit, risk and control. As Head of Internal Audit at Datwyler Group, I am responsible for defining, planning and executing operational, financial, compliance and process audits for a global industrial group. I also lead fraud investigations and oversee the annual risk management process for the entire Group. I report to key stakeholders (Audit Committee and Board) and ensure the quality and efficiency of my audit work. Previously, I was a Manager in Deloitte's Risk Advisory practice, where I led global internal audit engagements for Swiss industrial clients, provided strategic support in the further development of the internal audit offering and contributed to an internal control transformation project for a global Swiss industrial client. Prior to that, I was Head of Internal Audit at OWG Beteiligungs AG, where I coached, developed and led a team of three internal auditors and redeveloped the internal audit approach for the REMA TIP TOP Group.
