Mike has interviewed more than 10,000 people and written books about digital marketing, writing, millennials, entrepreneurial life, inventing, Canada, the Stanley Cup, The Toronto Maple Leafs, The Montreal Canadiens, basketball, Inuksuks, horses, captains and medicine. 
Mike’s book M is for Maple is the bestselling alphabet book in Canadian publishing history. He has appeared in front of 20,000 elementary school students across Ontario and in Alberta to talk about writing and all things Canadian.
Mike lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada with his current wife Agnes Bongers.

Working with online marketers RevUp Group, I help create and implement right-on-time refinements to NLS's online presence.

The case study for EllisDon's TD LEGO project, built in downtown Toronto involved interviewing upper managers from nine companies explaining IPD, an innovative construction agreement that emphasizes co-operation between stakeholders. I also wrote wrote a six-minute video explaining IPD.

My 13 books have generated more than $ 1 million in sales. M is for Maple is the best selling alphabet book in Canadian publishing history. My latest book, C is for Canada, celebrates our country's 150th birthday. It arrives in the stores in January, 2015.

Column writing requires a variety of skills, acuity with the language, an ability to distill a point of view, a sincere desire to entertain.
