Most recently, I served as the VP, Solutions at Jobvite, a leading talent acquisition software company, where I led a team of solutions engineers and proposal writers. I have been responsible for developing efficient, scalable processes between the solutions engineering and sales teams, implementing reporting mechanisms, and garnering valuable insights and making informed decisions. I have also coached my team on sales tactics, product demos, RFP/RFI responses, technical research, and real-life use cases, improving the demo-to-win ratio to 1 demo per closed-won deal. Additionally, I have worked with various cross-functional teams, such as product, enablement, customer success, marketing, engineering, implementation, security, and legal, to facilitate open communication and collaboration. As a result, I have supported the sales team in closing $10MM in new ARR annually. With over 20 years of work experience, I am a seasoned executive with a passion for sales, new business development, customer relationship management, and strategy. I am currently an executive member of the Pavilion community, where I am participating in CRO School to enhance my skills and network with other leaders.
