People should be at the core of all thoughts, you can't systematise your way out of every issue and people can make or break the greatest invention or solution, so why are they constantly an afterthought and usually only when they complain? Adoption and Embedding is key, given how often people make positive changes in their personal life where they are invested, so why can't that same mentality exist in their professional lives too? This mindset has taken many years to build and and is reinforced by significant core experience as a Product Owner & Business Consultant, with a degree in Business Analysis but supplemented by strong Project Management & Business Architecture capabilities in over 20 years experience as a permanent and contract resource.
