Founded in 2015 , Flock is an all-in-one software platform to manage and administer Benefits, HR, and 
Compliance. Flock provides a comprehensive platform to automate the critical administrative tasks required to onboard and continuously manage employees. The system limits risks and liabilities, and we make it easier for HR and health insurance brokers/agents alike to be the strategic drivers and champions for their business clients . In 2021 Flock was acquired by Paychex and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary providing Ben Admin services to Paychex Payroll & H&B clients as well as supporting Standalone Ben Admin platform through external EE Benefits Brokers to clients with any Payroll provider
