👋 Hey there! I am an ambitious and strategically-minded VP of Customer Success with a passion for managing remote teams in challenging and fast paced environments. I currently lead a Customer Success team of 41 professionals across Customer Success Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Support and Customer Success Engineering. 🏆I have achieved 5 promotions in 5 years at Leadfeeder / Dealfront - going from a Customer Success Manager managing ~200 clients to VP of Customer Success managing a team of 41, who in turn look after ~8000 customers. In total, I have 12 years of experience in technology, and ~7 years in SaaS, all in customer-facing roles. ⭐I am at my happiest when coaching colleagues to reach peak performance. Over the last 3 years, members of my team have collectively received more than 30 promotions. Seeing team members grow and rewarding their performance has been the highlight of my career to date. 🧑💻Colleagues would describe me as a driven, hard working, collaborative leader who is as invested in their success as in the success of the business. When I get involved in a project, I see it through to completion and maintain frequent and clear communication throughout. 🏆Achievements in recent years at Leadfeeder include leading my team to a 70% reduction in net churn; driving expansion initiatives that have generated €4m+ in additional ARR for the business; implementing our first pre-recorded Academy single-handed; creating and successfully expanding roles for Customer Engagement and Engineering within my team, allowing us to control the complete end-to-end customer lifecycle in one team. 🧳Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, sport, and listening to audiobooks on long walks.
