Managing Capita's relationship with the Identity and Passport Service.  Mike was responsible for introducing the IPS to Identity Management skills, Biometric experts, Project and Programme Management and a variety of business critical skill sets.

Mike Managed the relationship for five years, however was also involved in working with many other Central Government organisations, such as HMRC, the Met Police, Department of Health, Home Office
