After 4 years as the President/Managing Director of a NGO with +1 million annual revenue, where we managed to clear 600.000€ debt in 4 years and turn the situation completely so the Association could start being financially independent again; I moved to Austria to learn Deutsch while I was working in a metal scrap recycling start-up. There I was handling duties as Operations Manager & Customer Success Manager (using not only, but mainly, Salesforce as CRM base) for helping 24/7 our customers in all means and streghtening our relationships, even on site when it was required. Graduated in a double Bachelor in Business Administration & Law for the University of the Basque Country (graduated with honors, avg. GPA 3.6) with a great willingness for teamwork, searching for new areas and different atmospheres, as well as an enormous interest for continuous learning.
