•	Lead on communications strategy for the Live Business Unit within Pollen’s Curated Travel sector through planning, reporting and executing all relevant engagement communications across email, SMS and push
•	Managed full CRM campaign lifecycles from start to finish for our experiences with well-known artists, including Duran Duran, Bring Me The Horizon and The Vamps and dance labels including Terminal V, Abode Records, DnB Allstars and Drumcode. •	Managing all organic social channels for Haus of Interiors, an interior design company; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
•	Successfully grew the Instagram page from 9k followers to 35k in a year through keyword research, consistent and engaging posts and stories, and high-quality user-generated-content
