As the Local Sales Manager for Cox Media in the Fort Smith/Northwest Arkansas market, I spearheaded the success of a field sales team that sold marketing solutions to customers. My primary objective was to surpass revenue goals through a consultative approach to sales that emphasized teamwork and collaboration. In my role, I imparted leadership and vision to cultivate a robust sales culture and was devoted to optimizing revenue from all categories of sales, including national, local, and regional spots.

- Demonstrated expertise in organizing and implementing strategies that motivated, coached, and counseled a team of 8 Media Consultants; designed and delivered training and job aides to supplement sales training program
