Deliver new product training, roadmaps and promotions to all sales staff.  
Regular review meetings with partners to monitor performance and resolve issues.

Responsible for managing  12 SMB/Mid Market channel partners within the HP Preferred Partner Program covering London and the South East. 
Achieving sales targets within the Personal Systems Group business unit. Products include business desktops, notebooks, PDAs, Thin Clients, Workstations, and Displays. Increase sales and HP share of wallet within my channel partner account base. 
Deliver extensive knowledge of HP PSG products to partners. 
Deliver new product training, roadmaps and promotions to all sales staff. 
Motivate partners with competitions and incentives. 
Regular review meetings with partners to monitor performance and resolve issues. 
End user meetings with partners to increase HP awareness and close sales. 
Implement marketing plans with partners to utilise marketing funds. 
Targeted to achieve $32m per annum

•Responsible for the development of new commercial business across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. 
Targeted to produce £200k of revenue and £48k profit per annum.
Introducing 80 plus accounts contributing a further £128k in service revenue above target.
•Promoted to CBC Account Manager dealing with corporate, government and education sectors.

Customer-facing insurance brokers responsible for daily sales of household, car and holiday insurance. 
Looking after existing clients policies dealing with any issues or problems.
Responsible for organising filing system of both existing and new policies.
