During this journey I have sharpened my sales expertise at every step in the process, blending Miller Heiman and Sandler Selling techniques to discover problems, pain, and ultimately help prospects by providing a SaaS solution delivers the results their organization needs. This approach would not be possible without business leadership experience at W Nuhsbaum, management experience at Leica Microsystems, and a continuous improvement mindset that balances personal growth and professional achievement. At the core, I'm a people leader, team builder, sales coach, and business partner to every stakeholder, internal and external. I aim to create value with everyone I work with, generating buy-in, building partnerships and working toward shared goals. I firmly believe that winning individually is fun, but winning as a team is the pinnacle of success.
