Surely, one of the worst things about being in a LinkedIn engagement pod has got to be...

Being forced to leave a comment bigging up content you, and everyone else reading it, knows is rubbish/low value.

We can see how shit/poor/basic the post is...

And then you pop up in the comments acting like it's the most groundbreaking, thought provoking thing you've ever heard.

You think that does much for YOUR positioning? 🤣🤷‍♂️

"I didn't want to give my opinion on *insert trending topic here* but..."

Well, don't then... 

It really IS that easy.

Not all prospects I speak to listen to me...

Which is mad when you consider it's public record how we've scaled and exited businesses and how some of our clients (you've seen them on LinkedIn and in my featured) have added millions in revenue to their businesses since working with us.

Some marketing and sales people get the hump at "outside" help or opinion on what they're doing, even though we've done this for 178 businesses in the last 2 years and know what's generating shed loads of sales RIGHT NOW for other, similar businesses or selling to the same audience.

But, the ones that DO listen to us tend to win more business and start getting big returns on their marketing and sales efforts almost from week 1.

Usually most businesses I speak to are missing the 4-7 biggest revenue generating bits of content needed to dominate their sector.

You are probably one of those companies missing that content.

This stuff helps businesses be; found first, easiest to understand and the easiest to buy from.

You're lazy, you can't be bothered trying to "work it out" and if someone or something isn't clear how they help you - you'll move on to the next recommendation or option.

YOUR PROSPECTS ARE THE EXACT SAME.

So having these key bits of content makes all that a doddle.

It also allows you to target your dream clients.

And that is part of the initial process I talk to clients about, who are your dream clients and the ones' that would generate you the most money (and least hassle).

That's so we can do some direct outreach, Linkedin DMs and I've got examples of that landing the biggest brands in the world within MINUTES of putting it into action.

But the content can also be used in more eye-catching ways too...

Kaizen are going a step further and running a lumpy mail campaign to their dream client list too as well as targeting them on LinkedIn, email and call campaigns.

"stop helping other recruiters, please!"

That was sent to me last night after a recruitment client landed her biggest client ever, using our content marketing and sales outreach strategy.

All we created was 4 wide videos and 6 shorts.

We then put them in all the places her prospects would want/expect to see them when choosing to use her services.

Recruitment business are REALLY bad at understanding that bit, btw. 

But then, they usually take marketing advice off people that don't understand sales and couldn't sell... but I digress.

Now the content was made and in place, we created a list of her 50 dream clients based on her biggest revenue generating customers, and sent one of the videos (the sales asset) to that list using DMs on LinkedIn.

Business came rolling in...

That's ALL the content you need to increase conversions and generate sales if you're in recruitment and use Linkedin.

No action figure. 
No roasting of your profile pic.
No podcast that no one actually listens to.

Just 15 minutes of effort in the morning and more cash in the bank by afternoon.

Understanding how people buy and what they want to see BEFORE buying from you, is key to sales in 2025.

"Can anyone recommend a..."

Is a question that's asked a lot, most people don't know you exist and are instantly comparing you to the other recommendations/suggestions on their post.

You have about 7 seconds as people make their mind up whether you are on the "research these a bit more" or "bin them" list.

Would you buy from you, looking at your profile?

You go to Google before you buy from anyone, you also go to their website if you're considering them...

Does your company come up when I search the problems you fix?

If I looked at your website, does it look the same as everyone else's you compete with?

Not updated since 2019?

All problems stopping you selling and people buying.

If we can't find you, can't understand what problem you fix or you expect me to do loads of reading and working out...

You'll lose to the company that is found first, easiest to understand, trusted most and easiest to buy from.

Luckily, all that stuff is easily fixed with about 4 key conversion videos.

And 2-3 key sales assets that turn a struggling sales person into a revenue generating machine.

That's it.

Crazy thing is, 99% of your competition don't have them either...

So beating them (and you, as you don't) is easy.

That's how come our strategy is generating millions for clients and landing their biggest ever clients in days.

We know what process works to sell in 2025, having done it for 178 businesses in the last 2 years.

I reckon it can out sell your current sales process in double quick time.

So STOP copying the wrong kids homework and go and dominate your sector.

I hate seeing people doing phase 2 content before their phase 1 (sales conversion content) is in place...

That's a long arse (expensive) way to market your business and generate sales.

If you've not got your sponge or icing, what are you going to put that cherry on top of?

Exactly. 

The best phase 2 content WON'T convert anywhere near as much, without phase 1  in place first.

Your outreach won't convert as well.
Your LinkedIn posts won't generate as much sales.
Your cold calls won't convert as well.
Your website won't convert as well.

It is THE most important content you can make and should be done FIRST.
