The team tripled its size in just one year, increased in revenue, implemented process redesign and critical reporting efficiencies preventing huge $$$ CMS penalties, and earned commendations from discriminating Regional Medical Directors. In my current role at Shearwater Health, I've led the development of multiple RFx proposals, bids, and executive presentations that helped the company win 8-digit contracts.
