PhD Mila Nadrljanski, Roguljić, an full professor was born on 3rd April 1960 in Split. In 1979/1980 she enrolled at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Split, in the course of Industrial Electronics and Automation in the Energetics. She graduated on 22nd June 1984 with the best marks with the thesis "Management of Production in Salonit. " In 1994 she defended her MA thesis "Simulation of System Management with Industrial Banded Dispenser ". She did her Master thesis as a project no. 2-07-195 "Distributed Digital Control and Signal Processing" at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Information, as an independent researcher (Nr.192 966) in the group of PhD S. Beroš. In 1998 she was elected a lecturer for the scientific field of Technical Sciences in the field of Electrical Engineering and appointed as one at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Split. In 2002 she was involved in the Ministry of Science, Technology and Information’s project as an independent researcher (Nr.192 966) "The Convergence of Croatian Media" (No: 128 001) within the terms of reference "E-Learning and Media Convergence". On 31st July 2006 she had her PhD degree with the thesis "Methodical and Methodological Model of Distance Education”, earning an academic title of a Doctor of Information Science in the field of Communications.
