I am passionate about quality of service and strongly believe in collaboration and the development of team members. I'm always one to tackle issues head on, often handling the hot potato or addressing the elephant in the room! I relish a new challenge and consider myself incredibly fortunate to have worked with some amazing people throughout my career, that have helped me develop my own skills and knowledge of our fascinating and ever evolving industry. I am excited to be setting out on my new venture as founder of The RPO Consultancy which will be launching early in 2024.
