Dedicated Sales Engineer for the Americas region 
- Responsible for technical onboarding of new enterprise customers for SMS, ChatApps, Voice, and Mobile Intelligence products 
- Drive and manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) and evaluation stage of the sales process by working together with the sales as the technical advisor
- Sales project lead for Proof of Concepts including coordination with internal teams such as support, routing, engineering, and product management
- Act as the primary technical point of contact with the client during the pre-sales phase

- Gathering inputs and preparing feature requests for Product team
