First and foremost I am all about connection. I have spent most of my career connecting stories, people, programmes, campaigns, and teams; this gives me energy and I see it as one of my biggest assets in any role. At the moment I am connecting customers and their stories through a mutually beneficial advocacy program which I am passionate about. Hearing the customer's enthusiasm and how they use data and analytics in their organisations is nothing short of inspiring and everyone should get to hear these stories. In addition, I have the privilege of overseeing our organic social media channels and strategy. In previous roles I have connected Microsoft customers, partners and sales teams with programmes that help them identify contacts, increase sales opportunities and pipeline, and optimise their social media presence. One of the things I am most proud of is building a functional, consistent and authentic social media presence for a C-Suite exec and helping her understand how social media can be a valued tool in her arsenal.
