As the Gaming Power unit grew, there was a need for another BDR and I was given the opportunity to prove myself. Some of the biggest names we've spoken with were esports platforms like Esports Entertainment Group, FACEIT, and Voicemod, gaming studios like Sharkmob, and esports organizations like Cloud9, paiN Gaming, and Evil Geniuses. The biggest wins were signing deals with 100 Thieves and Esports One.

Tasks included:
- Driving Gaming Power's Growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
- Educating and developing leads through inbound and outbound prospecting via emails, video outreach, events, and campaigns.
- Prospecting into target account lists ranging from the Fortune 500 to medium-sized gaming organizations; forming relationships with Managers and Directors to C-Level executives
- Identifying and developing an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
- Generating messages for email, Discord, and LinkedIn outreach, recording videos to map and penetrate accounts
- Using and administrating Salesforce.com to track activity and update account/contact information
- Conducting follow-up outreach until meetings are set
- Mentoring and helping train new hires

Business Development Representative

I was the first hire of the Gaming Power business unit. With my BDR, generated more than 100% of our quota every month. Some of the biggest companies we were in talks with were Ubisoft Montreal, CCP Games, Activision, Avalanche Studios, Fnatic, etc. Our greatest wins were signing deals with TSM, Players' Lounge, Friendbase, and Pipeline.gg.

Tasks included:
- Assisting in the development of the gaming industry market report, highlighting key customer opportunities, target contacts, and the overall market revenue opportunity by vertical and region
- Deep insight into the market opportunity, competitive landscape, key accounts, key contacts, including defining the Gaming Power strategic value to all key account accounts and contacts
- Consistently delivering high-quality, accurate contact data to the Business Development Team by leveraging online research tools
- Assisting the BDR in creating outreach campaigns, e.g. write personalized emails
- Curating the MRA onboarding process, developing the MRA Manual, researching and testing new tools the MRA team could potentially use
- Mentoring and helping train new hires
