- Full P&L Accountability: Assume complete responsibility for the financial performance of designated marketplaces, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Catalog Management: Maintain up-to-date marketplace catalogues, ensuring optimal product listing setups and regular updates.
- Data Analysis: Dive deep into marketplace data, analyzing ASIN level metrics to drive sales strategies, understand trends, and develop targeted strategies based on insights.
- ASIN Management: Proactively handle listing impairments, ensuring rapid resolution of any issues and adapting to changes in the marketplace ecosystem, including Amazon's evolving policies.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, reduce costs, and enhance conversion rates through price optimization, promotions, PPC campaigns, and more.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across PPC, logistics, product quality, and other internal groups to optimize sales efforts and address marketplace-specific challenges.
- Product Launches and Stock Management: Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and monitor stock levels to prevent issues and maintain inventory health.
