This role is responsible for growing strong relationships with PHNs as well as other clients, managing all aspects of service delivery, business development, and customer retention and delivering quality improvement programs to PHNs and clients. Additionally, this role will communicate back to the wider Pen CS team to keep everyone informed and up to date with the activities and achievements of the service delivery role. Key objectives include:
•	To increase sales by engaging customers in Special Projects that cross-pollinate between customers, drive innovation and accelerate the roadmap.
•	To drive Special Projects from concept, to implementation and delivery on time and to budget.
•	To contribute to building a culture of innovation, collaboration and trust by supporting your Manager, colleagues and the Account Management team at large

Key Account Manager

Diabetes NSW & ACT

Develop revenue and growth activities to support the business unit’s objectives and plans, including
identifying opportunities for funding and early identification of and response to tenders. Specifically:
   - Monitoring tender notifications and completing well-considered applications, as appropriate
   - Conducting market analysis, looking for opportunities to extend our current services to a broader
      market/audience
   - Facilitating the formulation of strategic alliances and service delivery partnerships
   - Ensuring timely responses to requests for information from multiple sources.
Represent Diabetes NSW & ACT at state and regional meetings; conferences, seminars and
presentations; negotiations and meetings at all levels of Government, private and community sector
organisations, members, other health-related not-for-profit association and where relevant, the public.
Align with the health policy agenda for Diabetes NSW & ACT and work collaboratively with your    Diabetes QLD counterpart to develop the implementation of a cohesive strategy to achieve    organisational goals within your respective domains.

Strategic Health Partnerships Manager

The Pharmacy Expert (PE), is responsible for the quality of the pharmacy offering in the agency and therefore the quality of the thinking, strategy, communication and all deliverables. As the PE, responsibilities include, driving the PE offering internally, providing clarity and direction on each account, constantly bringing the clinician's perspective into the creative process. The PE is to have a strong one on one relationship with each of their clients, be able to consult on marketing strategies and be fully integrated in all disciplines of the agency. This role forms part of the international McCann Health Global Pharmacy Initiative with head office based in Toronto, Canada. The PE is a highly strategic role that sits horizontally across the business.

This role worked intimately with the GAD/Head of Pharmacy to build the pharmacy offering from scratch. The PE was responsible for educating the entire agency on all things pharmacy. There is a large new business focus, including numerous pitches to current & new clients (regardless of international alignments) on how the pharmacist can improve clinical and commercial outcomes for clients. Sitting within the Account Services team, this role is responsible for trafficking jobs and managing internal resources (medical, creative & digital) to stay within budgets & project scope. 

This role was required to build relationships with key decision-makers from an industry level (Pharma & Pharmacy) as well as from a client perspective, to further promote this offering and to maintain a leadership position within the industry.

The Pharmacist carried all the clinical and operational responsibilities of running the pharmacy. The main responsibilities were to achieve and maintain rapport through exemplary customer service by cultivating strong relationships with patients. The clinical responsibilities involved applying a holistic approach to patient care to optimise therapeutic outcomes. The operational responsibilities included maintaining the stock levels of the dispensary and OTC medications and strict adherence to QCPP protocols and procedures. The Pharmacist also supervised the work of pharmacy staff and technicians to optimize service quality and productivity of the pharmacy.

This role is accountable for all strategy, sales, operations and marketing activities for the Acute Care
market. Clients include state health departments, all public and private hospital groups, all Australian universities, multinational technology vendors and pharmaceutical companies. The role involves the ability to manage expectations and requirements for internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and projects as such it is a highly strategic role. The role requires close collaboration with the Business Development Director as well as intimate involvement with the relationship management activities of all our key accounts. Responsibilities also include administrative duties and product training and demonstrations.

Business Development Manager - Acute Care

The role of the Medical Editor is to ensure that all MIMS databases and publications are accurate,
consistent, up to date and can be relied upon by clinicians. The role revolved around the editing and proofing of all MIMS content in the CMS for inclusion in all MIMS products. Responsibilities also included clinical data testing of MIMS digital products and Clinical Reviews for any new software vendor integrations as part of the Onboarding Team.

Mina is an experienced Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Health Informatics, Business Planning, Sales, Databases, and Administration. Strong product management professional with a Master's degree focused in Information Technology from University of New England (AU). 

He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney and pursued his passion of digital health completing a Grad. Cert. in eHealth & Health Informatics with the University of Tasmania. As well as his extensive community pharmacy experience, Mina has previously held roles as a Pharmacy Expert with McCann Health Australia as well as Business Development Manager and Medical Editor with MIMS Australia. His current role is with Corum Group (ASX: COO) as the Product Manager for their flagship pharmacy information system, Corum Clear Dispense. He works very closely with pharmacists and pharmacy owners to make sure his team are providing value in the features and functionality they are producing.
