I began my career in HR, developing skills in all areas, as I always wanted to learn more: areas such as performance management, payroll, org management, and HR digital transformation. As I worked on HR digital transformation and built relationships across all teams, my technical skills increased and my curiosity led me to Payment Operations next, where I focused my skill-building and interest in the technical development process.
