-Being involved in stock control and ordering goods
-Processing cash and card payments 
-Assisting shoppers to find products they are looking for and advise them on the proper use
-Providing short free of charge tutorials to the customers when indecisive on which products to choose 
-Assisting merchandisers when needed in stocking shelves 
-Reporting any sort of discrepancies to the Shop Manager
-Balancing cash registers with receipts in the beginning and shift end
-Answering any sort of queries from customers 
-Dealing with customer's discount, exchanges and refunds 
-Handling customer's complaints, unless Manager's assistance needed 
-Working within established guidelines, SOPs particularly with Brands
-Attending all trainings to be up to date with special promotions, new brands and how to use them to upsell
