When I joined SOLO the platform had 3.000 client and now more then 10.000.

* Features I worked on:
- expense management system
- e-invoice integration (e-factura)
- Acquisition tool that brings 60 clients/month 
- Changed the registration funnel with an increase of 10% from previous results
* Website revamp and migration to Webflow
- Set clear objectives for the migration - To increase conversion
- Made the business case in order to understand how fast we will cover the investment
- Defined hypothesis on the conversion flows for the 2 personas we had
- Managed the relationship between design, marketing and development
* Released the MVP for the mobile app
* Implemented product demo to showcase value

I’m scared and afraid #morningWalk

This is an acknowledgment of my emotions, but at the same time it’s a way to unlock the opposite ones like wonder, awe, calm.

I believe aknowledging your emotions is the only way to get to the pleasant (socially accepted) emotions.

I imagine that our emotions are flowing through a pipe and when we block one of them, the others can’t get out.

The pipe is blocked with an emotion I ignore, don’t want to feel, she is not there and I will do whatever it takes to numb myself not to feel it.

On the other hand, 5 minutes with you, alone, on a field where nobody is watching, some tears on the face, some self hugs will do wonders.

Or at least for me.

Clear your emotional pipes, sometimes they are blocked with something you would say - this is not big of a deal… - based on what society would say

But for you means everything
