In charge of Delivery Precision for Nike Retail in US and Canada, a 3 Billion business made of 200 brick and mortar stores and Nike.com. 

The target in this role is making sure the product is delivered to the stores on time.

Daily tasks:

•	Improving reporting and processes 
•	Enhancing the flow of information 
•	Point of contact for new stores opening and remodels

To be successful the main skills necessary are:
 
•	Thorough understanding of the supply chain 
•	Analytical aptitude 
•	Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and 
•	Strong influential skills.

NA Retail Supply Chain 

Working with buying and allocation teams to maximise sales, profitability and shipping commitments for the Nike Factory Stores located in Western Europe. 
Main accountabilities include:
•	Weekly tracking of the performance versus targets on both category and territory level;
•	Daily analysis of the business to highlight trends, threats and opportunities; and 
•	Budgeting and forecasting of annual, monthly, weekly and daily revenues, unit sales and margins

Nike Retail Planning

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

•	Worked with accounts' Logistics to improve the flow of products and support accounts' needs in terms of Value Adding Services (VAS) for Direct Shipments
•	Redesigned, extended and managed the communications with Liaisons Offices to improve the information flow, increase understanding and avoid rework
•	Structured, conducted and settled the process for the design and production of a new label of a key account

Purchasing 

The project aimed to define a Supply Chain Costs Model to enable the visibility of customer true profitability and therefore an effective customer management.

Key Achievements:

•	Collected, analyzed and organized the information from different departments to build a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain
•	Created, implemented and tested a model for the evaluation of the costs incurred in servicing an account
•	Wrote and presented a dissertation which was awarded the prize as “Best Thesis of the Year” by the The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK)

Internship

Mini Clipper Logistics Ltd

Key Achievements:

•	Conducted an analysis of the warehousing costs through building an Activity Based Cost model 
•	Coordinated the team, assigned tasks and monitored the schedule status through Gantt Chart and regular meetings
•	Improved the company's awareness of the costs related to each activity in the warehousing process and presented a profitability analysis of two key accounts
