• Acted as HR Advisor, by crafting and implementing an employer brand strategy that increased the Company’s visibility among the industry, by participating in career fairs and conferences, as well as by coordinating the creation of content for our social media channels.
• Led recurrent assessments to  review our salary and compensation packages along with the Labor Relations generalist, to make sure that we kept aligned and competitive according to the market, considering our Clients’ budget.

•	As the Head of the Human Resources in Mexico, I oversaw a team of 7 skilled professionals comprising 2 recruiters, 1 Learning and Development specialist, 1 HR expert, and 3 interns. My role encompassed steering the formulation and execution of strategies within the Mexico office (aligned with the overarching global strategy from the HQ in Romania). These strategies pertained to the entire employee life cycle, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Employee Management and Development, Engagement Initiatives, Emotional Well-being Programs, Promotions, Performance Appraisals, and Offboarding processes.
