Report any technical issues and QC fails that need to be redelivered
Action outstanding jobs as left by previous technicians daily hand over email, prepare end of shift hand over stating work completed and outstanding jobs for next technician.

Set-up and operate videotape machines and video servers in record, playback and edit modes

Ingest from DIGI and DVC tapes, upload and download content to servers, video/audio routers, videotape machines, server-based and non-linear technology and basic editing skills

Dub and compile, record and log various videotape, DVD  dubs as requested from internal  clients including Programming, Marketing, Production, Promos and SBS
Record satellite feeds on to DIGI and DVC tapes 

Distribute videotape material (Cross Channel Promos, On Demand Program material etc) to Foxtel and other carriers

Record and log details of all content that is licensed to N-Verzion (automation) and Pilat (content database)

Tech check Studio and World Movies content, update 
Pilat IBMS content
