• Led 35+ cross-disciplinary product teams in design sprints through the entire product development process, from early research, identifying strategic opportunities, creating concept prototypes to building innovative products for global clients.
• As a strategic partner, managed stakeholder collaboration, ensured teams met user needs, technical and business requirements.

Design Thinking Team Lead

Futurice

Futurice is an outcome-focused digital innovation and transformation consultancy.
I worked in cross-disciplinary teams developing digital products, experiences, and services for startups and large-scale businesses. 
• Orchestrated foundational research activities (24 field interviews in sub-saharan countries) for an international NGO. 
• For Germany's leading television company, I facilitated eight discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders to build a data-driven program planning platform. Afterwards, I synthesised the findings into actionable insights that informed product design decisions and recommendations to leadership for the long-term vision.
• Redesigned the marketing website of a B2B startup. Adapted the sitemap based on SEO. Created 30+ user flows and prototypes to evaluate ideas. Speeded up the design process and increased
the ownership of stakeholders, product managers, designers, and engineers with more effective, participatory ideation workshops.

UX Designer and Researcher

HPI Academy 

Managed and co-designed the Professional Track, a three-month-long intensive leadership training in Design Thinking as an agile strategy to effectively lead innovation and transformation processes. Consulted and facilitated teams in 30+ workshops on human-centred design. Internally improved the coordination of educational programs by introducing service blueprints. Initiated cross-departmental exchange with academic research.

Innovation Program Lead

• Led the research, product design, development, and launch of the first online course on Design Thinking with 250+ participants.
• Conducted market, industry trends and competitor research.
• Created intuitive information architecture and established solutions to scale. Designed learning material and templates.
• Improved usability of the learning platform through usability testing and data analytics. Increased user engagement 2.5 times.
• Established first cross-departmental collaboration with engineering.

Learning Experience Designer

100 Frauen* Podcast

Conducted 18 interviews with female activists, leaders, and politicians discussing topics such as diversity, gender equality, and inclusion. Published the interviews as a podcast nominated by Spotify as one of the top 5 in the category of gender equality (2019). Achieved more than 125,000 downloads and built a community of engaged listeners. Held public speeches on events.

I joined the HPI–Stanford Research Program to conduct a qualitative study on the user experience of psychotherapists when using a digital collaboration tool in consultation sessions. I was responsible for the video analysis that examined and evaluated the impact of the digital tool on the behaviour and interactions of the therapists and patients.

Academic Researcher / Assistant

Polizei Baden-Württemberg

Conceptualised and rolled-out the evidence-based health intervention to promote walking 10,000 steps each day. I equipped more than 150 employees and the leadership team with pedometers, facilitated participatory workshops, and created informational tools that led to an increase of their daily movement by 60 % over 10 weeks.

Corporate Health Manager

I'm currently working at Birdie Care as a Senior Product Designer, leading the expansion of the SaaS product to the first market, Germany, and localising the product to meet the needs of German care agencies.

Previously, I have been teaching, training, and leading innovation teams in consultancy settings for over 4 years, before switching to build a health care product at the tech startup Birdie. I hold a B.Sc. in Preventative Health and a M.A. in Collaborative Design from Aalto University, Helsinki.
