With over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and business consulting, I am an analytical, self-motivated, and passionate e-commerce leader and business growth driver. I currently lead and coach a team at Microsoft that is responsible for marketing, sales, site merchandising, and supply management of Microsoft's digital stores for B2C and B2B customers across Surface, M365, and Gaming in Central Europe and MEA. I also mentor start-ups on e-commerce challenges and connect them with internal resources and mentors available for start-ups regarding AI, M365, and Azure. I have a proven track record of increasing sales and improving organizational effectiveness by building strong management teams, removing critical bottlenecks, and continuously identifying ways of improving the business. I have successfully launched new categories, services, and projects across the EU, and negotiated with executives from top brands across various sectors. I leverage a direct, straightforward, and open communication style to inspire the wider organization and create challenging targets for myself and the team.
