I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where I source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for various positions. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, and I am certified as an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) by HRCI. In my previous roles, I have gained valuable experience in managing all HR functions in multiple states, partnering with organizational leadership, conducting new hire orientations, updating employee status, and tracking and processing performance evaluations.
