Planning Engineer

• Gathering of all tasks from Commissioning, Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, Operation. Assess the impact of the activity on the other branches (I&C, NSSS, Electrical systems, HVAC, Waste Systems …)
• Liaise with time scheduling team to verify that the activities from all entities fit together in the time schedule ensuring the full respect of the technical specifications and the operation requirements.
• Propose/define changes in the planning sequences to fulfil the technical specifications.
• Harmonize the Nuclear Auxiliary & Waste Systems activities with the electrical and the I&C activities + other branches (HVAC, NSSS …)
• Responsible for validating that the pre-scheduled work windows and work combinations do not lead to unnecessarily long system unavailability. Anticipatory way of working to detect and remove obstacles in time.
• Deliver the final Nuclear Auxiliary & Waste systems level 2 and level 3 schedules for the project in collaboration with the time schedulers – Schedule owner for Nuclear Auxiliary & Waste systems level 2 and level 3-time schedules.
• Lead the relevant PSM meetings with the representatives from all disciplines (maintenance, Operation …). Regular reporting about the schedule and plant progress

• Preparation of Integrated master plant schedule Level 1~4 (Milestone, CPM, and Look ahead) in Primavera P6 for Operations & Maintenance, fuel load and PAT project.
• Participate in Integrated plant schedule Look ahead meetings (T-14, T-6, T-3, T-1 & T-0) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify resources and scope of work required, local manpower requirements, spare parts requirements, and prepare an outage plan with the plant maintenance team of the respective plant.
• Review maintenance procedures to facilitate and enhance work package development, maintain compliance with codes, standards, vendor recommendation, and maintenance direction.
• Executing detailed planning of maintenance activities according to maintenance plan, workload, manpower and technical advisor (TA) availability.
• Participate in notification screening process, assign notifications to Maintenance teams. 
• Tracking & analyzing field results & updating online schedule as per feedback receive from different workgroups (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Chemistry, OPS support, MMIS & RP) and close out work orders in the SAP database based on feedback from work groups.
• Making sure that all activities from all disciplines fit together in the time schedule, logic tie activities based on the operation sequence. 
• Coordinate with WEC (Work execution center) on daily basis to hang clearance and resolve issues related to clearance. 
• Regular reporting about the schedule and plant progress
• Planning of Preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities in accordance with approved procedures & PTW processes.
