About time we stop galmourising overworking! 

There’s no productivity in an overworked and over utilised employee. 


What you don’t achieve in 8 hours of scheduled work hours, you wont in those extra couple of them. We need time understand that humans are capable of being productive only certain hours a day, and provided good work culture, the efficient ones will do their job earlier than required and that should be recognised as top performance rather than the ones who have to put in extra hours to do their job. 

In my opinion anyone that has to spend more than the required hours to do their job are the ones that are lagging and underperforming rather than the ones who do it in time.
