As a founding member of TFB, I have a hands-on approach within all areas of the business, working directly with clients and industry experts, focused on end-to-end supply chain innovation, sales & operational planning, navigating complex business issues and driving significant performance improvements.

BYP Network

I play a valuable role of leading the Black Young Professional (BYP), Fashion community globally. Facilitating to close the gap of diversity and inclusion within the global creative industry by connecting BYP members to cooperate job and self-development opportunities.

 I support the BYP team with the development of commercial pipelines with a principal focus on identifying new opportunities and growing the BYP Fashion community. I take ownership for the creation of strategic partnerships and seek areas for innovation that will offer additional growth. Acting as a client facing moderator and public speaker, actively pursuing leads in new markets and contributing to critical discussions around sustainability and inclusion.

 My key mission is to lead the black fashion renascence – making the fashion industry a more inclusive and sustainable landscape.

KIWI&YAM

As Brand Director for Kiwi&Yam my role is to:

•	Analyse how the brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights.
•	Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.
•	Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
•	Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted audience to “take action”
•	Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
•	Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•	Coach the team and get the best from everyone
•	Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
•	Over see marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
•	Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
•	Anticipate bottlenecks
•	Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
•	Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Founder & Creative Director

Whilst working for the NHS as a contractor I had variety of roles in different area's of the business including procurement, executive management and project management.

My role included working on a range of digital transformation projects such as web optimisation, online signposting, digital wayfinding, promotion of the NHS E-Redbook app and optimising the use of clinical systems within the local service. 

I worked closely with all members of the trust including clinicians and senior management. I connected with commissioners and other service delivery organisations to plan and deliver changes that would improve general practices and other primary and non-primary care services. My role was pivotal in refining the adoption of new technology to enhance business operations. Responsible for a range of initiatives, managing priorities and inter-dependencies. Safeguarding and signposting was also a relevant part of my role, which gave me a good knowledge of emerging policies from NHS England and other relevant government departments and agencies. Maintaining good working relationships was key, communicating effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

Digital Transformation Officer

Own and coordinate strategic, cross-functional operations and supply chain projects, and work with business operations teams to prioritise projects in support of new products/programs, and existing operations and supply chain systems. Strategically plan and tactically administer a network of fulfilment centre capacity across the South London Amazon Prime Now branch. 

Work with stakeholders across business teams, including operations, engineering, and retail. 

Drive and influence business-critical decisions to reduce fulfilment costs and increase efficiency within the supply chain. Design, develop and establish key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance. 

Perform complex data analysis to identify different opportunities to reduce fulfilment costs and/or improve Customer Experience and set priorities to improve them. Draft proposals for new concepts and improvement plans.

Supply Chain Manager

•	Working closely with the CRM Manager on developing and delivering CRM campaigns and programmes to retain, reactivate and increase the lifetime value of our customers.
•	Manage the CRM calendar and ensure it remained up to date with the latest information.
•	Closely monitor performance of CRM campaigns; report on results and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
•	Manage end-to-end handling of Direct Mail and Gifting projects; ensure they complement the Brand and Marketing strategy (Global, Regional)
•	Work alongside customer-facing teams (e.g. Personal Shopping, Customer Care), develop bespoke experiences, services and rewards for our loyalty programme
•	Manage administration of appropriate CRM systems for all campaigns (test, set up, troubleshoot, optimize) including CRM promotional activities.
•	Devise new initiatives that support CRM core values (Acquisition, Retention, and Loyalty)
