- Reviewing analytics by running reports of staffing fill rates.

 ~On boarding: Performing background checks, drug testing and reference checks on new hires. As well as completing all new hire paperwork on their first day.
 ~Human Resources- Responsible to assure that all new employees have an understanding of their job description and details regarding what is expected and what the training plan is in place. 
~Management-Attending daily meetings with the owners and other management, to assure the recruiting ratio and what the needs of the company are currently.
