Leidos Cyber utilized the RSA NetWitness product to ensure the security of their customers. As a Program Manager, responsibilities included development efforts and integrations of Managed Security Services (MSS) with our customers through initial discovery and continued semi-weekly conference calls. Led cross-functional teams to ensure all phases of support (including installation, upgrades, and configuration issues) were properly coordinated, tracked, and completed on time. Retained a high level of customer satisfaction through keeping close and frequent contact with CISOs and customer technical leads pertaining to follow-up. Maintained comprehensive records to provide senior leadership with current status and future goals.

Program Manager, Commercial Cyber

NTT Communications is a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest telecommunications company in Japan, and one of the largest worldwide. As a Senior Project Manager, planned, scheduled, and executed operational readiness for responsible for managing cross-functional team consisting of engineers, data center technicians and sub-contractors in order to fulfill customer orders including colocation and managed services solutions. Lead internal projects to ensure operational readiness of new products and services, then training and distribution of the new OR. Other projects included customer migration projects (including data center migrations, colocation room migrations, mass firewall upgrades/migrations, and facilitating cloud migrations) seamlessly and without loss of connectivity. Priorities were placed on successful deployment of Colocation, Managed Hosting, Load Balancing, Smart Content Delivery, Security Services, Storage, and Cloud solution services.
