• Designed, developed, and deliver a 4-week virtual onboarding and training for all new hires that join the ONEPod team.
• Develop and organize ongoing POD trainings for new and existing team members. 
• Work closely with leadership in training plans and forecasting of 40-50 team members to ensure we are meeting our hiring targets.
• High volume recruiting to drive quality hires for positions at various levels within the locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and screen for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge. Find top talent while providing the best in-class recruiting experience to every candidate.
• Update the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) by ensuring information is regularly documented including applicant status, and updates throughout each phase of the process to ensure proper documentation.

Associate Recruiter & POD Trainer

Carvana

• High volume recruiting for Class A CDL tractor trailer drivers, as well as mid and entry level Logistics employees to ensure we are meeting our hiring and growth needs. 
• Source resumes, schedule interviews, make hiring offers, manage the candidate background and drug test process, book travel for new hires, and ensure each candidate is ready for their first day. 
• Track candidates in Greenhouse and Tenstreet Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Work closely with our legal team processing driver applications to determine if driver meets our class A CDL driver qualifications.

Logistics Junior Recruiter

• The voice of Carvana with a heavy amount of customer interaction via phone.
• Communicate with leads (vehicle inquiry, finance leads, etc...) via outbound dialing to provide them more information of Carvana, a vehicle of interest, or personal finance terms on vehicles they have pre-qualified for.
• 80-130 outbound calls per day. Create accounts, and/or start a purchase of a vehicle.
