As a business development representative at Gr4vy, I plan and execute a strategy for North America by discovering opportunities in appropriate industries. I use various channels, such as cold calling, email, Apollo, Google, and LinkedIn, to identify and connect with key personas in product fit accounts and new markets. I also build sales processes and outbound cadences for the BDR team, and set up meetings for account executives to follow up with prospects. I graduated from Eckerd College in 2019 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. I have a strong interest in human behavior and motivation, and how they influence decision-making and purchasing. I leverage my psychology and business knowledge to understand the needs and pain points of potential customers, and to communicate the value proposition of Gr4vy's global payment solutions. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and always seek feedback and improvement opportunities.
