Worked as the Global Combat Support System Chief for all of Motor Transport Company for Marine Wing Support Squadron 372. Oversaw parts and materiel requisitions to ensure requirements are stocked and support the maintenance effort. Worked alongside company level CO, platoon level OIC, and Motor Transport Chiefs SNCOIC. I attended all SNCO level certification courses for Maintenance Management Specialists and Chiefs. I provided guidance to platoon OIC to ensure high maintenance readiness weekly. Oversaw and was responsible for a fleet of 70 tactical vehicles throughout the Marine Wing Support Squadron 372.
