Husband and Father always, Government employee by day, NPO executive by night and weekend. I am Combat Military Veteran with a Top Secret / SCI Clearance and over 20 years of combined experience leading people, managing complex programs, and navigating the complexities of the 21st century. My professional experience is concentrated on military operations, strategic planning, business portfolios, sales strategy, socio-economic development, disaster outreach and response, research, test and evaluation, process improvement, strategic planning, social enterprise, education and mental health. In 2018 prior to Hurricane Michael making landfall, I founded a public charity known today as UKnightedXP, Inc (UKXP). UKXP has grown to become a public charity leading global social enterprise through gaming and gaming culture through our mission of ‘advancing the world through gaming, education, and charity.’ In 2021 UKXP led the world's first EOC (Emergency Operations Center) that was led and powered by the gaming community. UKXP led a nation-wide effort to support communities in southern Louisiana impacted by Hurricane Ida. The effort consisted of numerous echelons of coordination between government, municipal leaders, gaming organizations, disaster response groups, communities, and the gaming community at large. Our team created and continues to refine a blueprint that is helping to shape the future of disaster response and readiness. Today we work with leaders, organizations, and communities as innovative leaders of 21st century community and modern anthropology. From 2010 to 2020 I served as a Missile Defense officer. I led, managed, and deployed hundreds of personnel and over $500M in equipment of Air and Missile Defense systems and radars with deployments to CENTCOM. This included the development of branch wide policies, tactics, and procedures and provided Instruction to brigade and division leaders on the training, planning, and employment of Air and Missile Defense Systems and radars, Space enabler capabilities, and C4ISR platforms. Today I also continue to serve as a Government Service (GS) Civilian at the 605th Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES) as an Operational Planning Specialist (Ops Analyst). I primarily support Operational Test (OT) for a myriad of Air Force command and control weapon systems and platforms.
