I help growth-staged B2B SaaS companies efficiently scale top-line bookings through GTM strategy and operations. I currently lead GTM strategy and operations at Expel, helping scale our new business, expansion, and retention motions with our exceptional GTM leaders across our marketing, sales, and CS teams. My team owns strategy and planning, execution, and analytics for our revenue org with the goal of enabling scale through $XXXm and beyond. Prior to my time at Expel, I spent the first 6 years of my career at Lucid, a Series-A, ~75 person startup when I joined. I worked in a number of areas across the business, including customer operations, product, and business operations, and saw the company scale to 800+ employees and $150M+ in ARR. For the last 4 years of my time at Lucid, I led strategy and business operations for Lucid's international growth. We scaled international from initial launch to 30%+ of Lucid's total ARR ($XXM) with ~14M non-English product users across 8 non-English languages and regional HQs in Amsterdam, NL, and Melbourne, AU. I also led our end-to-end localization program. After Lucid, I joined Pantheon, a Series E, 400-person company when I joined. My team led sales strategy and operations for our all pipeline generating functions (SDRs & Partnerships, including Channel, Agency, and Tech partnerships), and our New Business motions (Commercial, Enterprise, EDU). During my time at Pantheon, we scaled from from ~$75M in ARR to $100M+ and achieved records for new business pipeline and new business net new ARR. Outside of my full-time work and my family, I do a small amount advising and coaching. I’m passionate about two things: 1) partnering with leadership teams to enable growth through rigorous GTM strategy and execution, and 2) helping people launch and grow careers they love, particularly operators in B2B tech.
