The solution can produces more than 270,000 forecasts on daily basis with consistent accuracy of 85%+ for past 24months. Booked net savings of $5mn through improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning of resources. 

- Worked with the largest CPG player in India in designing Demand Planning process for their top 10 brands, which improved forecasting accuracy by 7-22%. Also helped the client in designing mechanism to measure the effectiveness of demand drivers on sales volume.
