I am a dynamic, energetic executive leader, with a high EQ and an authentic "team-first" management style. Operating a marina and offshore ship-building support company during Covid-19 Pandemania has made me rethink a few things- I used to be polished, fearless and connected. I'm still polished and connected, but I'm just as worried and afraid of what the future looks like as you are. But having been through the GFC in 2007-2010, I know that I have the tools to continue to be successful going forward. My years of luxury goods and hospitality/travel consulting have given me some key insights about human nature, I'd like be be able to leverage that insight from now on, to really deliver quality service. I'm one of those guys who lives to see happy customers. And I consider my team my first customers. My experiences opening companies across Asia have given me some insight to the way things work, and made me comfortable blazing trails to match new products in the marine or real estate sectors. In an ever-changing business climate, my ability to be flexible, strategic and analytical is invaluable. I am driven to succeed. I can transition between old school rules and tactics, social media driven strategies and bottom-line policies. This hybrid skill-set reflects my understanding of the needs of today's dynamic marketplace. The world is changing. FAST. Globalization, the social media marketing revolution, The Metaverse, and adapting real-time to almost continuous client feedback, are all areas that didn't exist 20 years ago. My experience and abilities in these areas make me a great utility player in the marine, real estate or resort sectors.
