P&L, strategy, product, sales and marketing responsibility for publishing, software, academic and online solutions for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands with a local team of 270 employees across seven locations. I launched Lexis Advance in the Pacific region, extended the program into Asia, repositioned the Pacific business with greater emphasis on productivity and workflow solutions and initiated new markets (tax and compliance) and regions (Fiji, Papua New Guinea) to enable long-term growth.
