Our mission is to accelerate Supplier success by empowering them to rapidly onboard, merchandise successfully and grow their business globally with ease. 

I am also the site lead for our Mountain View Tech Development Center responsible for creating a compelling TDC culture and serve as an advocate for all TDC tech employees.

Effectively scaled the team ~3X to support a $2B+ and growing revenue generating sales focused business. Over the last year and a half, strategically grew the org to 120+ full time engineers and product managers while maintaining high levels of team productivity and sustained business impact. Based on my previous track record, I was offered an opportunity to internally transfer, build and lead a team of talented engineering directors, managers, and developers through a period of hyper-growth in a highly visible revenue-generating org vertical.

Associate Director, B2B Sales Engineering

Directly managed a team of 80+ skilled engineering managers and developers across 9 scrum teams responsible for building scalable and resilient platforms for a large network of financially relevant and cross-functional product sets. 

Responsible for all aspects of resource management, technical talent acquisition, resource planning, allocation, mid-year and yearly performance evaluation along with mentoring/coaching etc.

Responsibilities include but not limited to providing technical direction on platform and technology selection, agile software development process, plan and implement new and significantly improved systems and services, working with internal and external technology groups to design integration software components, addressing stakeholder issues/escalations, software/component configuration/design/architecture, working with HR and recruiting on technical talent management, and working with internal/external partners on SOX auditing.

Associate Director, Financial Engineering

Worked across two different departments in this role - Storefront Engineering and Finance Engineering 

Responsible for managing upto 5 full-stack product engineering scrum teams including planning, directing, and overseeing the entire software development process for the respective org.

Experience leading process improvements including horizontal and vertical scalability improvements, performance tuning, test automation, code refactoring, continuous integration and automated deployments, improved monitoring and metrics, real-time distributed processing and SOX security/compliance initiatives.

Sr Eng Mgr & Technical Lead

Electronic Arts (EA)

•	Created social media marketing tools to increase engagement by identifying gaps in the perception of digital platform opportunities among potential recruits. 

•	Analyzed recruitment trends in conjunction with defining job seeker personas to boost EA’s online presence using tools like Lithium and comScore’s Media Metrix.

•	Determined top addressable issues by aggregating quantitative and qualitative user feedback. Presented findings to key executives and received buy-in for the proposed ideas.

Staff Engineer

Mylan Laboratories Limited

•	Developed a competitive intelligence (CI) framework by establishing new channels of data inflow, analyzing and converting data into CI information that can be disseminated to appropriate parties within Mylan based on information access levels.

•	Assessed various user needs in navigating large volumes of CI data and designed a social platform (JIVE) based data-flow methodology which resulted in 30% higher adoption rates amongst our test audience. 

•	Designed wireframes, proof of concept and built prototype of CI framework after rigorous usability testing.
