About me: As Senior Product Designer, I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and define product requirements and goals, focusing on:

* Embodying the strategic company vision and communicate to stakeholders and teams
* Analyze product metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs accordingly

Senior Product Designer

- Help define the vision of e-Commerce UX
- Responsible for the e-commerce experience
- Apply user-centric design methods to translate user needs, business goals and technology capabilities into best-in-class user experiences
- Define and apply methods of collaboration with the main partners and stakeholders
- Collection and analysis of user opinions, existing needs and identification of opportunities
- User test design, planning and guidance.
- Translate the search results and analyze them. Designing user flows and empathy maps. Designing corresponding personas and use cases.
- Facilitate dedicated design / co-creation workshops
- Propose A / B tests, analyze the results of product launches and suggest areas for improvement and innovation.
- Define information architecture, navigation, guidance and structuring principles by explaining the design choices
- Materialize solutions to optimize the experience, particularly in a mobile situation; design wireframes and prototypes of web and mobile interfaces
- Create prototypes (using Figma and Maze)
- Working in collaboration with the team and the various technical services, Collaborating and exchanging within multidisciplinary project teams (art director, web designer, developers, business consultants, etc.).
- Assess feasibility with technical teams

Project Management role includes: 
- Definition and planning of the Project's scope
- Definition and planning of resources (humans and economics)
- Documentations (Gantt, Test plan, activities planning, presentations..)
- Costs estimations of the activities of each team
- Coordination at the right level of all stakeholders (internal and external)
