As the startup's content marketing lead, I spearheaded the development and implementation of Notch's content strategy. This included building a content calendar, creating writing guidelines, and crafting interesting, well-researched content that drove traffic to our website and retargeted users down the marketing funnel. - Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager on ad content, SEO best practices and monthly reports to gauge content performance.
- Managing external communications, including media outreach, influencer relations and social media partnerships.
- Producing an educational marketing video and monthly newsletter to build brand awareness.

The Nebraska News Service is the state government news wire service provided by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communications. Reporters cover a wide range of state government news, including the Nebraska Legislature, the governor's office, state agencies, decisions by Nebraska's Supreme Court, and other news stories as they arise. NNS provides news and information in the form of stories, photos and video. Our current client list includes more than 100 newspapers throughout the state with a combined circulation exceeding 280,000, 16 radio stations and 6 television stations.
