I love to tackle clients' problems, learn what I don't know, and share what I do know. Through my professional career, I've learned the most that you will only grow if You enable Your colleagues to grow even more with you. If You achieve that, then your clients or your products will prosper in the same way, by growing unmeasurable. Working on a variety of different scaled projects, the ones that will never perish from my memory are the ones where the growth of the people became the biggest result. There will always be mistakes but no one managed to overcome everything alone and if You do not make mistakes you can't grow. When I changed companies a little over a year ago, my biggest fear was, will I make it? A lot of things have changed, entirely different industries, and entirely different technologies, how will I contribute to the team due to lack of experience, since I was over 13 years in the same company where I learned a lot but in technology that was familiar to me, where I built myself from scratch, what I forgot to think is that I will not be alone in this.... I have learned so much with the help of others and like to think that I have helped others at least in the same way.
