Built the sales infrastructure and compensation plans while leading all commercial initiatives for WestPac Labs, Inc. (Sonic Healthcare USA’s Western Division).  Responsible for retaining a $65M sales portfolio while growing it at 30%+ annually. Partnered with R&D  technology to develop a molecular strategy that differentiated the company in the women's health market, fueled growth and increased profitability. Servant and empathetic leadership was key to exceptional growth.

Vice President, Sales - WestPac Labs, Inc.

Pathology Inc

Private Equity high growth portfolio company with a successful exit. Rebuilt and invigorated the physician and hospital sales team with passion and purpose via a new GTM strategy. Overall responsibility for the rapid growth of the company and meeting the expectations of investors. Integrated the sales teams for 2 laboratories acquired by Pathology, Inc. Partnered with R&D to develop molecular strategies that differentiated the company in the women's health market, fueled growth and increased profitability.
