❖ after the acquisition of Traction on demand I was so lucky to be able to help Incite innovation through the coaching and guiding a team of jr. associate account partners. Our goal was to deliver the world’s best enterprise business platform and to provide transformative solutions to customers. This role ended after 6 months but I was so great fun for the learnings I gained.

Manager, Regional Services Sales

Traction on Demand

❖ Generated 100M+ in independent pipeline (outbound) and more in inbound converted to Traction on Demands sales team
❖ Developed and implemented T&amp;Q models, call shadow / ﬂagging and role play coaching models / trained several sales enablement trainers to support in coaching our reps
❖ Developed and implemented training and quality models for reps, through call coaching, role plays, and shadowing, for team leaders on how to effectively coach their reps, and for the sales enablement team in flagging and providing the coaching, and how to shadow and coach growth conversations
❖ Collaborated with the director of sales enablement in scaling a team who supported the core three teams directly, in call flagging, and in providing training both for new hires and future growth  
❖ Built reporting models, weekly; monthly; and quarterly targets, quarterly dashboards, reports, and outreach reporting within Salesforce and Tableau
❖ Managed the hiring process by creating job postings, sourcing talents, and designing the demo interview test. Established a full onboarding and coaching model as well as a growth model for SDR/BDRs to move to the senior sales team AE/BD
✔ Steered and scaled three teams of a thirty SDRs/BDRs and their team leaders to achieve quarter over quarter growth. Supported across many verticals within Salesforce ecosystems, such as but not limited too, FinTech, Not for Proﬁt, Education, Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, High Tech. Presented monthly Monday funnel updates to senior sales leaders and C-suite executives

❖ Coached team members to drive towards targets, provided training on effective time management and sales approaches
❖ Built from scratch Traction on Demand inbound and outbound methodologies for reps to execute in the market, and conducted individual weekly follow-ups to ensure team members are supported
