Until then, our social networks were separated by region (mainly Instagram, e.g., @ciandt_br, @ciandtuk, etc.), where we had more than six profiles for each location, which resulted in poorly integrated communication, replicated work between regions, and a lack of brand consistency in both discourse and visuals. I was responsible for carrying out the project that unified the profiles and made everything global (@ciandt on all channels). This challenge impacted not only our external communication but also the team's internal processes, how to define what is global or not, how to integrate effectively, and how to organize flows and processes to meet all the demands of external communication. Social Media & Channels Analyst, Global

In this role, I was responsible for working with CI&T's brand positioning on social networks with a focus on the LATAM region. Working crossfunctional between areas (Employer Branding, Business, Technology, Diversity and Inclusion, etc.) to produce content that reflects how we build our culture, take care of our people, and develop businesses and communities. I was also responsible for customer service through  Social Media Channels, answering questions from the audience and as a community manager to generate engagement, interaction, belonging and brand recognition.

Also responsible for being the focal point between the Disability Action Group and Marketing to develop internal and external campaigns and part of the Internal Communication Squad to contribute to CI&T's strategy, organization and internal governance.
I participate as an ally of the Disabled People's action group, helping in internal and external campaigns, and I am also part of the squad responsible for contributing to the strategy, organization and governance of CI&T's internal communication.
